During the search for a room, you need to choose a proper arrival and exit date, as well as knowing the amount of roommates you prefer in your shared flat. As a result, rooms and flats according to your preferences will appear, which are available at your chosen period. The prices will be stated including all bills according to the number of people you’re renting with.

After finding a suitable room or apartment for yourself, you can reserve it online by choosing one of our service packages. The payment can be made by a credit or debit card (VISA / MASTERCARD). We recommend using this option due to its comfort, low costs (minimum transfer fees), and rapidity (if the payment will be successful you will receive a confirmation in just a few seconds)..

In this case you will have to send a copy of your payment to our email. The confirmation will be sent to you within three working days as soon as the money will reach our account.
You can reserve just one room or an entire flat. A single room should be booked by the person who will be living in the room. A double room or a whole apartment should be reserved by the person who is responsible for the booking.
While making a payment, you can choose to use our additional services: a pick-up service from the airport. This service costs 50 euros per trip: 1) a pick up from the airport of Valencia and leading to the office to sign a contract and take the keys of your flat; 2) leading to your rented flat. Interested customers will be contacted by email for more detailed information about the flight and the trip.
After paying the advance payment, do not forget to press a CONTINUE button in order to get a confirmation about your reservation. The confirmation will be sent by email. This confirmation guarantees that your room/flat will be yours during the reservation period.
After a successful booking, you will have to contact us by email 3-5 days upon arrival with the exact arrival time and date of the meeting for signing the contract and picking up the keys. More information will be sent over a confirmation message.
Upon your arrival, you firstly need to visit our office and sign the contract. This requires your passport´s or ID copy and the rest of payment (the part of the rent of the first month and deposit). After signing the contract, you will receive the keys and you will be able to go to your rented flat.
After arriving at your flat, you need to make an inspection. You will have 48 hours to notify us about any damages. You will be able to submit more information on the day that you sign your contract.
